The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has updated its Assisted Living Licensure webpage. MDH has posted two new documents:
- Additional Modifications to Proposed Rules (PDF) provides a description of additional modifications MDH is proposing to the Assisted Living Licensure Rules based on feedback received from stakeholders during the post-hearing comment period.
- MMB Office Memorandum (PDF) is a memo from Minnesota Management and Budget regarding the fiscal impact of the proposed rule on local units of government.
