Effective August 1, 2023, the MDS 3.0 Frequency Report webpage (https://www.cms.gov/Research-Statistics-Data-and-Systems/Computer-Data-and-Systems/Minimum-Data-Set-3-0-Public-Reports/Minimum-Data-Set-3-0-Frequency-Report) is no longer supported and has been decommissioned. A replacement webpage where users can access the MDS 3.0 Frequency report data will be made available in the near future. Additional information about the new webpage will be forthcoming.
