SNF QRP Provider Preview Reports
The quarterly SNF Quality Reporting Program (QRP) Provider Preview Reports are now available in the iQIES system. Providers have 30 days to preview each of the QMs before they report publicly in NH Compare with the April 2026 refresh. While the review and correct period closed, providers can still request a CMS review of any incorrect QMs if requested within the 30-day preview window. PBJ System Update
The optional fields for employee hire and termination dates are updated with a new validation value of 12/31/2050 replacing the previous value of 12/31/2025. While this value is only validated if facilities enter data into these fields, the system still requires any programming you use (vendor or in-house) to include the 2050 date to ensure alignment with the current data specifications. With the FY Q1 2026 submission deadline of 2/14/2026 fast approaching, it is imperative to check with your vendor regarding their programming or update your in-house programming as soon as possible to meet the impending submission deadline!
