Here’s a few tips and tricks to help make your shopping experience better and show you the new capabilities we now offer!
Have you been with Briggs for a while and know the item numbers you order by heart? Skip the shopping & head to the quick order!
Just enter the item number, pick it from the dropdown and then enter the quantity you need. Click Add Item and the item will be placed in your shopping cart!
Looking for the tracking number for the last order you placed? After signing in, you should see your three most-recent orders. Simply click the tracking number under Track Items and it will take you directly to the carrier’s website!
Need to find an order you placed last month? Sign into your account and navigate to the Purchase History! This will show you all purchases you’ve made since we migrated to our new system on December 1, 2017.
You can view, download and pay all open invoices through your website account! After signing in, navigate to the Invoices tab to view all invoices tied to your account. The Billing section also shows you your account balance and transaction history!
