On Friday, August 31, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the final (Advanced Copy) of the HHA Interpretive Guidelines associated with the new Conditions of Participation (CoPs) that became effective on January 13, 2018. The Interpretive Guidelines will be incorporated into the State Operations Manual (SOM), Appendix B.
