Providers who have reported their issues to the firstname.lastname@example.org can now review those issues in one place. The new iQIES website reports: Date Reported, Status, Category, Description and, if applicable, the Date Resolved.
The Status column categorizes issues as Resolved or Open. The Description column identifies the provider type impacted and the specific issue. If the issue is resolved the solution is given.
Providers are encouraged to continue reviewing their validation reports, monitoring the iQIES website for updates and submit tickets through email@example.com when an issue is identified.
