CMS has posted the latest nursing home COVID-19 data for week ending June 13, 2021.
Facilities with 75% or more completed vaccinations for staff as of June 24, 2021 are identified here. (This Excel spreadsheet is dated June 24, 2021, however once in that spreadsheet, it is entitled as Facilities with 75% or More Staff Vaccinated, as reported for week ending 06/06/21 so I’m not sure if this is updated from the initial report last Thursday, June 17th.) Remember that all nursing homes are required to report vaccinations of residents and staff.
