CMS has posted the COVID-19 nursing home data for week ending July 4, 2021.
The number of resident deaths was adjusted down by 68 from the previous weeks’ data while 6 additional staff members died in the current data posted.
As part of CMS’ commitment to protecting nursing home residents, nursing homes are now required to report vaccinations of residents and staff. More information about these requirements and guidelines can be found here.
