I provided the hyperlinks to the CMS slides and recorded video within my November 5, 2021 blog. Slide 6 of the slide deck shows the 1st dose or the one-dose vaccine must be received by December 5, 2021.
Note that the Federal Register posting shows the initial compliance date is December 6, 2021. December 6 is 30 days into the regulation (not counting November 5th, the day of publication).
