That URL links to the December 28, 2021 QSO-22-07-ALL and there are no changes in that Memorandum. Perhaps CMS meant to add a link to the QSO-22-09-ALL dated January 14, 2022, or perhaps a QSO Memorandum that addresses compliance timeline for Texas providers, now that they are no longer covered by a third/separate injunction. I’ll keep an eye on this page for updates.
