Identification of the inclusion of QSO-20-39-NH Revised is just that – its inclusion. It was last updated November 12, 2021, with no changes since that time.
You’ll want to access, review and utilize the updated CMS-20054 along with the updated FIC Entrance Conference Worksheet and CMS-20062 Sufficient and Competent Staff Critical Element Pathway (updated November 2021).
