Early last month, I reminded employers that they must electronically submit 2021 injury and illness data from OSHA Form 300A by March 2, 2022 if they have:
• 250 or more employees and are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records.
• 20-249 employees classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses. (That blog provides the list of those industries as well as the hyperlink in this bullet.)
OSHA is hosting a free Recordkeeping and Injury Tracking Application (ITA) webinar on February 10, 2022.
