The latest update to the LTCSP was posted late in the day Tuesday, February 22, 2022:

CMS apparently removed earlier revisions, including only 2021 updates on the 2/22/2022 Revision History.]

I included the 2 updates in late January as a reference. On January 24^th, 2 Survey Resources folders were uploaded/updated then 4 days later CMS renamed the NEW Survey Resources folder to specify that it contained Staff Vaccine documents. This latest update removes the duplicate Surveyor Resources Folder and updates the list of Revised Ftags, adding “F608 back onto the job aide”.
