What follows, starting on page 2 of the 560-page transmittal, is the identification of the F-Tags within Appendix PP. Appendix PP begins on page 26 through page 538. Additional Exhibits (Chapter 9 – SOM) complete the rest of the 560 pages.
F847 (Entering Into Binding Arbitration Agreements) and F848 (Arbitrator/Venue Selection and Retention of Agreements) are identified as New instructions in Section II. F608 (Reporting of Reasonable Suspicion of a Crime) is identified as Deleted. All other F-Tags are identified as Revised.
