CMS posted an update to CMS iQIES Survey & Certification User Manuals on April 14, 2023.
The CMS iQIES Reports User Manual v2.3 is the most recent update to these manuals with the date of April 17, 2023. April 17, 2023 is the date that LTC providers began using iQIES for transmitting MDS and accessing reports. (The previous ASAP system was retired the previous week.)
This user manual provides information for CMS, Providers, Vendors, Accrediting Organizations, Contractors, and State Agencies to effectively perform Reports functions and the processes necessary to request, view, download, and save reports in iQIES.
This Manual is 42 pages in length. I encourage you to download all of the elements of the iQIES Survey & Certification User Manuals so you can easily access and review that information now and as needed.
The list of reports is for all post-acute providers with LTC/MDS reports beginning on page 31. The S&C (Survey & Certification) reports are found on pages 37 – 39.
