QSO-20-28-NH … Nursing Home Five Star Quality Rating System updates, Nursing Home Staff Counts, Frequently Asked Questions, and Access to Ombudsman (REVISED) was updated March 10, 2021. That update was posted the same day as the QSO-20-39-NH … Nursing Home Visitation memorandum.

Note that this update pertains to the Access to Ombudsman portion of the QSO.  The 1st update (in red ink) is found on page 3 of the 13-page memorandum:

Additionally, there are updates on pages 5 through 8 which is the COVID-19 Long-term Care Facility – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) dated April 24, 2020.  Again, look for the red ink in that FAQ.
